Helping students achieve their potential in Maths and Science!
We provide small group lessons (groups of 2 to 4). Our experience has shown that small group lessons are more effective than one-to-one lessons for students due to the opportunity for enhanced peer learning. In a small group, under the guidance of an experienced tutor, students also learn from each other by discussing and explaining concepts to one another. This helps to reinforce understanding and deepen learning. A side benefit for students is the resulting social behaviour experience which can further boost confidence and enhance learning motivation.
Individual attention through personalised one-to-one tutoring helps alleviate students’ anxieties on specific topics. Students can work at a pace comfortable to them, ask as many questions as needed and receive detailed progress feedback. Our experienced tutors work to identify students’ strengths and weaknesses and develop customised learning plans. Most students see rapid improvement in maths and science skills and gain the confidence to tackle challenging problems. One-to-one tutoring places are limited.
Use our mock exam sessions to achieve peak performance! We understand how nerve-wracking exams can be, especially when it comes to maths. Our custom-designed exam papers and simulated exam sessions help to reduce anxiety, improve time management, build important exam skills, and increase confidence, all of which can lead to better exam performance. Experienced examiners check students’ answer sheets and detailed feedback is provided to help close any gaps in understanding. Mocks typically start in March/April 2024. Absolutely. Our students are located across the UK, the Middle East and Australia. We have a tried and tested set-up for online learning using a combination of video conferencing and online whiteboard sharing.

Yes, there may be an additional cost for specific workbooks however these are required in a few cases only. Most of the worksheets and practice books are included in the fees.
If you are unable to attend a particular session, then the request to reschedule should be made at least 24 hours in advance. Depending on availability, the session can be rescheduled to a mutually convenient time in the following two weeks. There is no refund for the sessions cancelled within 24 hours. If there is a cancellation by the tutor, every effort will be made to reschedule the session. If this is not possible, a credit for the missed session will be given in the next six-session pack.
Tutoring fees are payable in advance as a pack of six sessions. You can discontinue lessons by giving a three-week notice in writing.
